Introduction to the Application and Material of Fluorine Release Film

During the die-cutting process, the release film usually encounters the following problems

2: Causing anti elimination, the raw materials that should be eliminated have not been eliminated

Due to the unqualified original inspection of the release film, incomplete inspection machinery and equipment, and unstable production process, the release force of this specification and model of release film will be uneven and the voltage will be quite high.

3: After punching and placing for a period of time, the release film and adhesive tape cannot be removed

Reason: After placement, the adhesive tape and release film cannot be removed, which is usually due to uneven glue mixing. In some areas, the release force is insufficient, causing the adhesive tape to be unable to be removed.

4: The release film causes Electrostatic induction during unwinding and rewinding, leading to dust adsorption

Reason: It was not carried out in a clean workshop. To solve the dust problem, one can equip a clean workshop for production and processing, and the other is to use anti-static materialsPET release film raw material.

How to use it together

Fluorine release films can be used in combination with silica gel because silica gel and silica release films are prone to chemical reactions, while fluorine can effectively isolate silica gel molecules.

The silicon release film is generally used with acrylic adhesive, which can play a good role in penetrating the molecules of the isolation adhesive, and can easily peel off the double-sided tape from the release film.

1. When the single piece adhesive of a single die cutting product is less than 10mm, the ratio of release film release force should be increased.

2. The function of release film is to isolate the molecular penetration of Double-sided tape and generate release force, but the thicker the Double-sided tape coating is, the greater the fluidity of adhesive is, and the stability of release force combination will be relatively low, so the ratio of release film should also be increased.
